The Spirit of Giving Holiday Drive provides clothing and toys to children and families in Rhode Island who need our help. The Children’s Friend Spirit of Giving holiday drive is unique from other toy and donation drives this time of year because Children’s Friend is actively involved with every child or family who benefits. Children and their families will continue receiving wrap-around support from the agency, even after the holidays.

There are many ways to get involved based on your availability and budget:

• Hold a Drive: Each year, we need jackets, pajamas, and toys to meet the needs of children in our community. Many of our partners hold drives at their offices and/or act as drop-off locations, sharing this information with their networks. 
• Sponsor a Family: This is an opportunity for you or your organization to connect with a family through their story, and shop specifically for that family. 
• Volunteer: Volunteers help shop for families, organize and unpack drives, and create the magic of the holidays for children all over Rhode Island.
